Banana Protein Crepes w/ 1 Tablespoon Almond or natural Peanut Butter

Banana Protein Recipe:

Mash 1 banana into a really fine mush, add 1 egg and 1 egg white and whisk together.  Make sure your pan is already at a medium/high heat before you pour the mixture into your pan.  Cook ‘till browned evenly on both sides.    Yields about 3 crepes.  Delicious!!!
