Spinach Salad w/eggs & Oatmeal w/Cinnamon

Place 2 cups of fresh spinach on a plate and sprinkle balsamic vinegar over spinach to tase.

Cook two eggs + 2 egg whites over easy (or to preference,), add salt/pepper to taste, and place over bed of spinach.

Cook oatmeal, measure exactly ½ cup and add vanilla extract & cinnamon to taste.
